Medical

Stock’s medical and dental plans are administered by CIGNA, except where noted.

Vision

Stock's vision coverage is administered by Vision Service Plan (VSP).

401(k) Savings Plan

An associate may contribute up to 50% of his or her salary on a pre-tax basis. There are 11 funds that span several asset class categories, plus an asset allocation tool available for diversification of investments.

Paid Leave

Following the first 90 days of service, all regular full-time associates receive the following holidays off with pay:

New Year's Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Day After Thanksgiving
Christmas Day
One Floating Holiday (Floating holiday may be taken any day throughout the year at Manager's discretion.)

All regular full-time associates who have been employed with Stock for 60 days are eligible for paid vacation. Vacation is earned per completed month based on years of service. Also, following six months of employment, regular full-time associates are eligible for up to three bereavement/personal days per calendar year.
